Do you Ship Internationally? If you’re based internationally, the easiest and most affordable way to get a copy is by ordering through your local Amazon or favorite bookstore once the book is live there. This way, you’ll save on international shipping costs. If you’d like a signed copy directly we can ship internationally, but please note the shipping costs are quite high from Australia.
